You’ve tried to handle your website on your own, but now you’re finding it difficult to achieve the look you want. You are confused by all the language and need help understanding it all. It’s taking much longer than anticipated, and you realize this might not be the best way to spend your time. You need someone who can get it finished quickly.
You’re embarrassed of your current website
You wince every time someone asks you “do you have a website?” Although you generate a majority of business offline, you understand that a website enhances your trustworthiness and credibility with potential clients. You need a simple, one to three page site that clearly introduces who you are, what services you offer, and provides an easy way for visitors to reach out to you, fast.

What IS a VIP day?
Over the course of 18 years designing and developing websites, I’ve learned a thing or two about how to get things done quickly.
I’ve spent years streamlining my processes and have it down to an art. It doesn’t have to take weeks or months to get your site launched. VIP day intensives can be anywhere from 1-5 days, depending on your needs.

What can be done in one day?
Examples of the types of things we can accomplish in a one-day intensive. Your project may require more than one day.
New WordPress Website
We can generally create a simple 3-5 page website (home, about, contact + privacy/terms pages) in one day, depending on how complex it is. Our process gathers all the info up front and we put it together in a day.
Website Refresh
This is perfect for clients who are on an old theme family and want to move to the more robust Kadence framework. We highly recommend moving off of Genesis to Kadence and can usually accomplish most of it in a day.
Sales Funnel + Landing Page Setup
We can design and build your sales landing page, connect it to your email client and set up all of your automations.
Punch List
We will take your long running list you’ve had forever and tackle them during our VIP day.
Brand Kit or Collateral Items
We can put together various media materials used to promote your brand and aid in the sales and marketing .
Strategy Session
We will help you create a content strategy that provides a framework to create valuable and purposeful content by focusing on the needs of your audience.

How the Process Works
STEP 1 – Book Your Discovery Call
Book your discovery call by filling out our inquiry form and submitting it. On the call, we’ll discuss your business goals, how you operate, and all of your pain points. We’ll identify a scope of work and service package that best suits your needs. If we decide to work together, I’ll send your contract & invoice for the retainer to hold your place in my design queue and ensure I’m 100% available on the date we agree upon.
Step 2 – PreWork Document
A few days after our Discovery Call, we’ll send an invite our project planning tool, designed to provide me with everything necessary to achieve our goals. This tool will include thought-provoking questions, prompts to review samples and inspiration, my personal recommendations, and space for you to share any login details and media I might need.
Step 3 – Strategy Call
A week or so before your intensive, we’ll spend about 45 minutes on a call going through all the nitty-gritty details about the intensive, looking at inspiration together, and finalizing the agenda and outcomes, ensuring we are 100% aligned. It is imperative that you have all of your client pre-work completed at this time.
Step 4 – Day of intensive
Each VIP Intensive is fully customized, so our schedule might vary. We could spend the entire day together, or we might start in the morning with a review of the agenda and any outstanding items before I dive into the work and you take it easy. We’ll stay in touch throughout the day and have a brief meeting in the afternoon to ensure we’re on track for success. By 4 p.m., we’ll wrap up the day.
Step 5 – Final Payment due
We’ll send a final invoice for the intensive, which is due the same day of our intensive. After your final payment, we’ll send you video tutorials, instructions, and recommendations for the next steps. To success!
