We are dedicated to ensuring small business owners have complete ownership and control over their online presence. Unfortunately, many web design companies operate under a rental model, restricting access to your own website and charging excessive fees for even minor updates. We strongly oppose this approach.

We believe your website should unequivocally belong to you. From the initial creation of your login credentials to the final handoff, we ensure you retain full access and authority over your website at every step.

To support this, we provide custom, screen-recorded video tutorials that walk you through the backend of your website. These comprehensive yet easy-to-follow guides equip you with the knowledge to confidently make updates and changes independently if you choose to.

While we are available to assist with website management under a separate agreement, this is entirely optional. Our goal is to empower you with the resources and autonomy needed to manage your online presence effectively.

Building a website is a lot like building a house. Ask different people and you’ll get different answers — it is highly dependent on what you need. Most of our custom website projects are between $5000-15,000.

Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 3+ months in advance. Every website design project takes approximately 8 – 12 weeks to complete; and are highly dependent upon client response time and project scope.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover) through Stripe and we also accept Paypal. Both are secure, and payments can be made via almost any major credit card, debit card, or bank account. Most projects require a retainer of 50% to schedule your project into our design/development queue, and the remaining 50% is due prior to launch.

Theme restyles and refreshes are usually a perfect fit for our VIP Day (one day) website offering, and are often not only faster, but much less expensive than a custom website – starting at $2000.

WordPress works best when your server is made to accomodate it. If you already own hosting and aren’t sure if your host offers the capabilities needed, we can investigate that for you. If you don’t have a host yet, and you don’t understand all the technical jargon, let us help you choose a host that is right for you, as there are some hosts we will NOT work with, due to slow response times and server issues.

We love WordPress because it is easy to use. The learning curve is small for general updates like adding pages and changing text, and we can have most clients up and running as needed with the free hour of training that is included in the price of every website. We also include basic video tutorials in case you forget what we have covered. If you need more extensive training, we are more than happy to provide that at our hourly rate.
